The artefact that opens every conversation

The Nomina Audit

A private, expiring link you hand to a prospect or a client. It leads with the machine’s own words and ends with the list of things to change. It is evidence, not a pitch, which is why it works where a redesign proposal does not.

What is in it, in this order

  1. The transcript. The question a customer would really ask, the answer that came back, in full and unedited, with the date and the assistant that said it. The businesses it named are marked. Whether your client was among them is stated plainly.
  2. Every question we asked, and how many of the four assistants named them.
  3. The category standing. Every business the machines name in that category, ranked by how often, with your client’s row marked.
  4. Map and organic position, measured across the service area rather than from one point.
  5. The Google profile: rating, reviews, photos, description length, categories.
  6. The Nomina Score, six published factors, against the three closest competitors.
  7. What we would change. Every item drawn from a measurement above, never from an opinion about the website.

Why it lands

Design is opinion and rankings are evidence. A business owner can argue with a redesign proposal. They cannot argue with a dated transcript in which three competitors are named and they are not, and they cannot un-see it.

Every audit link is private, expires, and can be revoked. Opens are counted, so a follow-up is prompted by someone reading it rather than by a calendar.
